MY NAME IS ROME THORPE.

I’m a photographer based out of san diego, California.

graduating in 2020 from Quincy University with a degree in graphic design, I quickly navigated towards photography upon completion of my schooling.

shortly after getting my first camera and having the ability to create whatever I wanted to freely, I fell in love with the not just photography but also the flexibility and avenues it has given me to exlpore and create in different ways.

from 2020-2023 many trials went into finding myself within the world of photography.

In 2023, I gravitated towards and have gotten heavily into the music industry, capturing live shows, festivals, events, and studio portraiture work.

As a photographer I aim to be multi-faceted to be able to cater to clients’ needs with whatever goals they are trying to achieve. Team work, collaborative efforts, and having fun has brought the best work out of myself. Each project is a passion project given the opportunity to do what I love to help elevate a person, brand, etc.
